This dress makes me so angry I can't even. Those clashy prints, those colors, THAT GOD DAMN FULL SHIRRING. I hate full shirring. I think it looks ridiculous and everyone except the very thin and flat chested. But are those the people who generally buy things with full shirring? No. Fat people do because they think it's a great way to get things to fit. It isn't, it just accentuates how fat they are. Is that the back of the dress, the front of the dress? I don't even know.

Shirring is good for getting items to fit to every body shape. It fits to rectangle bodies, hourglass bodies, etc. but the problem comes when someone wears it who is close to the max allowance of the shirring, then they look like a fat sausage. So while it is for allowing extended sizing, it's also a lot about the overall fit too.

I actually own something of hers. A black petticoat, back when she still lived in the Philippines. I bought it about 4? Years ago, and it's still really nice and poofy, even if there were a lot of loose threads when I got it.
MAN i don't know, I feel kind of bad for her, her taste level and prices are inversely proportionate to each other. She actually used to have taste, even if it was kind of tacky, now her stuff just looks terrible and her self-promotion tactics are annoying as fuck.

Dolldelight is one of the examples of this, her determination to come up with something different makes her do stuff like that. Alodia mentioned above is another example, though she has better rep because she's a ~kawaii asian cospureyer desu~ despite joining contests without making her own costumes, not to mention having a crazy stage mom who keeps pushing her into the spotlight every chance she gets.
People here tend to REALLY encourage this kind of behavior. I'm not really sure why.
