Comiket's not all that great. It's fun, but you spend most of your time waiting to buy stuff. And you can't cosplay that much, and when you do it's just kinda awkward. It feels so weird getting dressed up just to pose for cameras, with nothing else to do.

Why? It's just plastic surgery, if it makes her feel better or helps her make more money, then good for her. It's a practical decision that may pay off in the long-run, either financially or emotionally. That said, she is sort of a boob-magician so I'm not even convinced that those aren't the same boobs, just with padding and squishing.
