uh, no it's not. It's from a taobao store called HMHM.

Pro tip, Milanoo doesn't 'make' any of the printed dresses you see, they are all stolen photos from legit taobao stores.

I don't think those coords look that great, either.
Their hair could use some work (the pink coord looks like she has no neck, for one), and the headpad on the other is passe and flat, and does not balance well with the stupidly overdone blouse (which it way too busy for that dress to begin with).
Pink doesn't have much of a coord to begin with anyway. It's not visually interesting at all, just pink and white with no details added other than a cheap-looking bracelet.

Definitely not AMAZING. They're good coords, but not great.
