The girls in IMT actually seem pretty nice, I guess my only peeve is that they are so popular when almost everything they make is very simple and poorly constructed. I feel like they are bandwagon jumpers just to get more cosprayfamu. Or maybe they just HAPPEN to start to liking things right as they get popular? Either way, I find it hard to respect them as a group.

I'm sick of seeing Cupcake Cosplay everywhere. They make great costumes but I will forever be suspicious that Starlight is actually a man, and Lessaire is a 12 year old girl she has a pedophilic attachment to. They seriously look so awkward together.

They absolutely jump on bandwaggons. Case in point the Homestuck they cosplayed at Katsucon after being AVIDLY against Homestuck, and then all of the backtracking they had to make on their Tumblrs "explaining" why they were just cosplaying it for a friend and not for the popularity.

I figured as much. Legend of Zelda, Homestuck, Sailor Moon, Rise of the Guardians, Gravity Falls, Adventure Time, My Little Pony, Legend of Korra, A:TLB, Panty and Stocking, Dr. Who, Avengers Genderbends...I mean I'm sure they like some of those. But it's so convenient how they latch on to anything with a huge fandom, simple designs and never ever do anything even slightly obscure.

I mean Courtoon's most recent costume is puckering all over and the trim is bunched up. This is a remake too, so she has made this before. And she's been sewing for what...three, four years? I wish she worked more on the quality of her costumes then promoting them.

Sirene seems to be the best of them, and her gallery is the most impressive. Brenda strikes me as really snippy and defensive in her replies to things but I guess she could be nice too? I'm just tired of seeing the group posted everywhere. They are nice looking girls with poor costumes from popular things, I don't understand why they have such a great following.

There were like 10 bananas at Katsucon.

It's basically people that are either A.) too lazy to make costumes or B.) didn't finish them in time. I almost wore my gorilla suit to Katsu but figured it wasn't worth not being able to see the whole time.
