I used to cosplay pretty avidly for a couple of years and have since moved away from it. I really miss it and am looking to get back into it semi-casually. I like vidiya and sci-fi more than anime anymore (but am open to any suggestions if you guys know any really good shows) I'm also a huge Disney buff as well, if that helps.

First things first, get a wig. It doesn't matter where you are, use eBay. It's not that expensive and it'll help a great deal because wigless cosplay tends to look like shit. Otherwise look for a bald or buzz-cut character and shave. Then with a wig maybe Shichika from Katanagatari, Nataku from Soul Hunter, Vega from Street Fighter II or Elfman from Fairy Tail ? If you weren't looking for shirtless characters I'd say Shinji from Persona 3.

Looking for suggestions more than anything. The unfortunate thing with me is that everything I want to cosplay is already horribly overdone.

I'd like something that fits my body type, which is about as curvy as curvy gets without the chub, but also doesn't have my tits hanging out. I liked Celty for this reason. I'm still learning a lot of techniques, so I can't go crazy advanced just yet. I really like modeling, so I'd like to look good...

I'm already starting on my female Kamina outfit, overdone or not, because it'd just be fun to run around as. Ideas are very welcome, especially characters from games.
