I know the pain. Though I've become mighty tolerant of the LOL RANDUMB VIOLENCE lovers since I'm a part of the Hetalia and Superjail fandom.

What gets me is the mad shipping of Splendid and Flippy. Or the shipping of anyone. I mean seriously. You don't have to have ships in a series.

I honestly don't get any shipping for this show. I mean, I can see Flaky and Flippy, to an extent, but, to me, that's just more casual friendship, than any type of ~love.

Tch. It's gotten worse since the Lorax. Everyone ships the Warden with the Once-ler for some reason, so most of the people who know about Superjail discover it because of their rabid cross shipping.

I also don't get the shipping part of the HTF fandom. I understand ones that actually happened, like the Mole and Giggles because they actually were scheduled for a date. But the most popular ones are generally the ones I don't get, like Shifty and Lifty, though I will admit I can tolerate Flippy and Flaky, but just barely. I can't ship Flippy with anyone, really, knowing how dangerous he is. The relationship wouldn't last long.

I've not seen the Lorax, so I can't really say much about that, but what I do know about it, the two don't seem related in the slightest.

If it's something that actually happened, then, yeah, those make perfect sense! Like you said, though, the most popular ones really don't make any sense. Flippy being shipped with anyone really makes no sense, considering the fact that he is absolutely batshit. Even though he's not so bad in regards to Flaky, it's still a dynamic that has nothing good coming out of it.

The only thing the Warden and the Once-ler have in common is their dapper dress style and power hungry attitudes, I guess. I still don't get the ship.

And Flippy could be in a relationship if he stayed calm, but he flips so easily that it's just not possible. I do so love the fluff between him and Flaky, but that's about as far as I can go with pairings. I plan to cosplay him in the future and I would love to get a whole group going, but I'm the only one of my friends who can stand cartoon gore.
