I assume it's from the weight/pose pushing her heel down onto the shoe. It's turning the skin yellow due to pressure. I don't think it's anything more than that. However, I don't understand why it wasn't shooped out considering how much shoop is on that entire picture?

The face was the hardest part for me to fix just because of the quality of the picture. So now the face looks completey out of place D:
