No, that is just being a dick. If they were autistic, they wouldn't feel superior to the other cosplay, and they wouldn't scoff at the other. It would more likely be a very pragmatic conversation where the autistic person would cite various empirical evidence to show how their costume is better made, or worn, and at no point would that person every realize they are being rude as fuck.
