I think this coord is a fantastic example of how to wear sweet lolita CASUALLY AND COMFORTABLY for an outing.
Her only accessory is a hassle-free headband. Otherwise, all she has on is a blouse that matches her JSK. It's simple, but lovely and most importantly, you can walk around it in and not have to worry about where all the stars and shit that would normally be in your hair are.

Stupid story about that, actually. I bought it during the 2nd release but then when it arrived, I was all "wow, this is some pixellated bullshit!" and sold it, despite loving the colors. When jetj held a 3rd release, I was seduced by all the gorgeous pictures I saw of girls wearing it, and despite the pixellation, bought it again. Now it sits in my closet and I glare it at all the time lol.
I own Rosery solennel (sp?) which I actually like a lot more, mostly for the giant flowers and also for the fact there is no sideways writing printed over the goddamn skirt. I studied Latin for four years, so appreciate the sentiment of the poem, but don't really like the way the words are sort of stamped on there willy-nilly. It seems nearly all of jetj's prints suffer from terrible pixellation, though. The ones printed on this shantung fabric, at least. Feerie looks like and so does the Valentines dress.

For the longest time I contemplated reserving it, but just couldn't bear to spend that much on such an OTT dress. But then when it sold out online, I freaked and emailed Baby's SF store asking if they could do an in-store search in Japan for me. They found one, but no luck for me because there was one girl before me who had requested the dress. A few days later I was talking with one of my friends (who is also into lolita) and showed her a picture of it, and she recognized it as an item a local loli wanted to sell! So I got in contact with the girl via Facebook and since she had lost the big waist ties for the back, she sold it to me at a great discount! I don't even like waist ties, so I was over the moon!
