what happened to having standards?

I kind of want to make a god tier/ god tier inspired casual dress, not for cosplay, but because I like sewing projects.

I've seen designs of casual/ normal god tier outfits, and even though I'm designing a dress on my own, would it seem like I'm copying pic related or would it be fine.

I don't really cosplay homestuck anymore but I really want to incorporate the void and space symbol into some dresses

I'm making a god-tier Vriska cosplay and I decided to skip working the horn-holes into the hood pattern, so now I have a completed hood without the holes.

So my question is, what is the best way to add horn holes to a god-tier hood? I assume just cutting them out is the only way, but it just seems messy.

They just look like regular flats to me. Just wander through any shoe stores in your area for a slip on that fits your foot. Color doesn't matter since you will almost certainly have to paint them.

you could try it, but flats may be your best bet. you could definitely look for the plus sized shoes, since some shoes do run larger. ebay/amazon/what have you will usually carry some. if not, check some stores in the mall, ask a worker for some larger shoes or a friend or something.

Notice how they look uneven and not smooth?
At one point it kind of looks like she messed up and probably took the dress in too much, then went back to fix it with a seam ripper, but her lines didn't come out even, so that's why it kind of looks like its bubbling out at some points

They should be flat. Of course in some places it's going to have a bit of a pull depending on the fit, but in Rose's case it looks like something went wrong near the end of seam we see in the picture.

Hey, HSG I'm wondering if anyone could lend an ear and give some advice about a location I want to have a photoshoot at, mostly because its a cemetery.

I really don't like it when I see people zoom up on individual graves and stuff, like... my basic rule of thumb is "If you can read the name, no." But the cemetery I wanted to do a Jane shoot in has a mausoleum, but it's built with steps to walk up, walk around on, and actually has roman columns. There is a big name on it, but it's on the front and can be easily avoided.

Would you all consider it still in bad taste to take a photo on/near it? Pic related, its the building in question taken by someone else.
