Wig and less so shoes match more or less enough, I already went over the cardi and tights- yes, they're off, but I can see what she was thinking with the print colors. It just didn't work.

I don't mind the print honestly, it's somewhat tokidoki-ish but I think it's broken up well by the solids. A full fabric belt would be better, but eh. The fabric is a bit wrinkly so you're right, it's probably low quilting quality cotton, but the sewing looks well done. Could be more fitted in the bust, but at least it's not boobloafed (worse, imo). Bows are especially well done.

I just honestly don't think it's on the level of the other pics in this thread, that's all.

I like the "idea" of the dress, for a costume idea it is pretty nifty, but for lolita it is just all wrong. I think the dress would have had a massive improvement if instead of black bows, white would have been used. It would have taken the impact away.
