To be fair, I wouldn't say this is a necessarily bad cosplay, obviously her shorts are a little on the long side, but mostly she just seems to be very petite and chose to not have her boobs hanging out the bottom of the bra (I imagine there is a lot of potential for accidents that way). I think she is probably not thin enough for CGL standards, but there have most definitely been women who are much heavier than her.

Bought scarf, didn't bother to paint hair sticks, shit craftsmanship on the top, shorts appear to have some sort of metal design on the back, garterbelt, "meh" boots and didn't bother to make the zipperpull.

I'll give her credit for doing a bit better on buying a belt than most Yokos who don't make their own, and imo if she wants more modest shorts and top that's fine, but this is pretty bed in terms of craftsmanship and effort.

I actually know the chibi moon. I feel really bad for her. Her weight is from some major health condition, and she is very sweet/quiet. The few times I've met her, she's always been miserable about the way other fans treat her. Not in the sob story for attention kind of way, either. As in people boycotting her panels based on her appearance, when she has volunteered her time for years. When she got into anime conventions, the crowd was different and kinder. People changed, and she didn't want to leave just because if that.

One reason I hate these threads is because they have nothing to do with personality. If a person is quiet, well behaved, and friendly, I don't think they should belong here. I mean, obviously, she knows she looks bad. She knows she is monstrously fat, and she knows that her costume is terrible. For those kinds of people, though, it's about having fun.
