A lot of people paint the markings over sheer tights/stockings, or alternatively you can attach shapes cut out of emerald fabric to the leg wear.

Yeah, I felt like a smart bunny after thinking of it too back then. When you've got your stencils made and you're sponging on the the paint, afterwards try not to move your legs once you've completed the front. Obviously the paint will seep on and through the tights and onto your legs and there's a good chance of smudging if you just get up and start walking around.

You'll probably have to get somebody to do the back of your legs and ass too.

I just used a higher quality acrylic paint i found and an art store and some cheapo flat brushes over dance tights, and it worked perfectly.

used white eyeliner to draw the designs so we didnt screw up, then filled it in with the paint. it didnt even seep through to my legs.

You need to do a lot more work on it. I'd recommend a high protein, no carb diet to get rid of the cellulite and weighted squats and deadlifts to actually make some muscle happen back there. Right now it looks like fat tissue and loose skin. If you work hard enough in the gym you might actually not need to wear tights to save it next time.

The topmost layers of fat on our bodies contain chambers which hold and seperate fat cells. The part that actually separates the fat is a fibrous septae tissue, one you could actually like to mesh, or fish-net tights even. When the fat begins to push through the "mesh" this is when cellulite is created.

The reason you very, very, very rarely see cellulite in men is that there meshes are a lot smaller then womens. A visual way of imagining this is two women wearing fishnets, one in the which the holes are very large and one in which the holes are very small and closer together.

In the majority of cases cellulite is actually genetic and it's possible to have an abundance even when you're quite slim. There is no specific way to target cellulite reduction aside from an overall reduction in fat. No magic diet or snake oils I'm afraid. The best thing you can actually do is exercise, particularly those that work the glutes, quadriceps and hamstring. Squats are your best friend.

ketosis is one valid way to lose weight and "burn fat". it is generally practiced (and effective) because carbs have a high caloric content relative to other food, meaning that when you cut them out your caloric intake generally drops dramatically, meaning you're eating at a deficit. it isn't the ketosis specifically that is causing you lose weight, its the fact that you're eating at a deficit and your body has to burn fat (which is just the way your body stores energy in the first place) to ensure it has enough energy to keep you alive and well. calories in < calories out is the only thing that matters for weight loss, period end of story.
In fact, if you google ketosis I think you'll find that it was initially created and still predominantly used in the treatment of people with epilepsy, and is largely only used as a diet tool because it helps to reduce the loss of muscle mass during a cut.

as far as cellulite is concerned, there are no "genetic predispositions" that I'm aware of, outside of the fact that women in general tend to accumulate more fat on their ass/thighs, whereas men do not. In fact, this is the first place fat accumulation takes place for a lot of women, so even people who are "thin" can still have cellulite.

I used to do 1200 calories a day when I was losing weight from an injury that made me gain almost 20lbs. I'm doing 1400 a day currently because my BMR is 1425 or so and that puts me in maintainence mode.
Here's what works for me: No eating out. Lots of water. No juices or flavored drinks other than coffee with fat free milk. No sugar. I use stevia instead. Low fat. No carbs except fibrous carbs (aka veggies). Lots of lean meat! I eat my weight (120lbs) in grams of protein a day (120g).

I lift 6 days a week and spend at least an hour at the gym. I have a sport I do for money so I also do that for 2hrs at a time 3x a week as my cardio.

i have no idea about professional athletes, but this doesn't really sound right. ketosis is used for cutting, which generally makes you weaker, not stronger, even during ketosis. aside from that, intensive cardio generally burns a lot of calories, and I would imagine that playing any kind of sport professionally would be very difficult on a cut, where you need all the energy you can get.
I can certainly see athletes cutting down some prior to a season starting, but I would very much doubt that they're still cutting during the season itself.
also I'm not sure if you meant it this way or not, but you definitely don't gain muscle mass on a cut, even on ketosis. it just helps you lose less while cutting.
