When the comic was 1st dubbed everyone in my anime club in high school used to quote that shit /every meeting/ since my friend played it for us on the smartboard. They looked it up again later and played it. Seriously, later on everyone had /at least/ memorized half the comic, if not the whole thing..... Basically you can find a shit ton of information. Trying not to spoiler to much. Pretty much when you reach the end of story mode in arena(Naoto or P3 characters), you'll end up facing something that uses similar methods to Nyarlathotep and is voiced by the same voice actor. So there's a huge probability it is Nyarlathotep(since he spreads chaos and shit) since he has never been fully banished and Philemon is still active within P3 and P4.
