When I was 13 I got stretch marks on my sides. I freaked assuming I gained too much weight & worked out constantly in hopes that they would make them less visible. As far as I know no commonly known fictional character is depicted with stretch marks, so it's almost as if we get penalized just for being human. I don't find them attractive or unattractive. It's who made them.

I have seen both glorious Chouzuki Maryou AND Queen PT in person before and can confirm that PT is indeed much shorter. I'm about 5'3" myself. PT was shorter than me, I'd say somewhere between 4'11" and 5'2". Maryou was taller than me, I'd peg her as about 5'7" to 5'9". I can't get much more accurate than that due to footwear (I'm not that good at judging relative height if I'm in heels), but I can confirm Chouzuki Maryou is not in fact made of photoshop, and nobody is gay or straight enough (depending on your gender) to NOT want to motorboat that cleavage. It's excellent.

Well, when your skin stretches, those marks first appear because it's trying to cope and add extra skin that really isn't there.

If you were a normal weight and lost a bunch and gained stretch marks, that means you already have very fine stretch marks that are now visible, because they are not being stretched out anymore. Now that they have lost that stretch to them from the weight you had, they'll be more apparent.
