This is the cosplay I made. A friend of mine told me that this was the place to ask for an opinion on it, as well as get some tips on how to make it a bit better.

Some details:
$40 budget.
2 week prep time.

Sorry about the picture quality, it belongs to my roommate, and is primarily for video.

Not sure if this is serious or not. If it is, I have some suggestions. If it isn't hopefully someone will see and can use my suggestions in the future. Who knows.

1. Rin wears four white bobby pin barrettes in her hair. Not the snappy, hold-down-flyaways kind.
2. The bangs are parted to the wrong side. Rin's hair is parted on the right, and is combed to the left.
3. Rin has yellow ruffled/scalloped ribbon/trim on her armpit area of her top.
4. The belt has a triangle pattern on it with her normal yellow and a darker yellow/light orange.
5. The sleeves have a blue electronic bar on them, and the top yellow band has a black triangle-ish piece.
6. Can't see the tattoo too well, but it should have a large "02", smaller, under that, "ACT", and under that a "2".
7. Missing "ElectricVoiceSystem" and speakers on the leg warmers.
8. Shoes should be white/light gray with yellow soles.
9. Wig is too long.
10. Headband is too thick.

Thanks for the help. That's actually my hair though, not a wig.

I just couldn't tell if it was hair or a wig from the photo quality.
Just try to improve. No biggie yo. It's a good start, but all the details are missing.
