You're probably going to have to go with full arm gloves to get the right affect. Trying to get something that bulky to blend in with latex or grease paint might not jive well. You could get hulk hands as a base, but build a cover for it that extends up to cover the arms with will probably need to be bulked out with upholstery foam or something like that.

Had a sort-of thing with a girl who was the same way a while back, though she wasn't nearly that big. Chubbier than I'd normally be interested in, but so goddamn cute in the face that I couldn't make myself care enough about her weight to not be attracted.

This chick could have the same sort of appeal if she worked on it.

Her face is pretty great for this. Add the stockings (or find/make two different thigh highs that are long enough that people won't see where they end and wear them over white or any old plain pair of tights), change the boots, sew in a pocket/restitch those areas with thicker string, and she's good to go.
