Hey /cgl/.
My newest cosplay involves a lot of spandx. And while I'm not in perfect shape, I'm not a landwhale.
I'm hoping you guys could give me some advice on finding good somewhat cheap shapewear for under the costume.

I have this, and I love it. It was suggested to me by a friend who cosplays superheros/costumes with bodysuits and she loves it as well.
It's super thick, opaque, and eliminates lumps and lines.

if I remember correctly, shipping was super fast, but I bought mine over a year ago. Also I've looked for replacements in stores like Target, but no luck. Maybe in a dancewear store?

I've bought a bunch of shapewear from Ross, but it has no effect on me at all. Actually, it can make me seem thicker because of the very slight addition to my body. I'm worried to switch to more expensive items, because of my experiences with it, but it could just be because I went for such cheap alternatives?

I bought mine from Walmart and its great... spent around $15 for the high-waist mid-thigh style.
