Go to a hobby shop. Get a sheet of plastic card (basically a paper sized sheet of modeling plastic). Spraypaint it gold or yellow, bend and secure with a jiff rivet. Hot glue a chunk of comb or hair clips to secure to hair or wig. Flat backed plast gem, hot glue, Bam.

The best way I've found, hands down, is cold cream. Just spread it on, doesn't have to be too thick, let it sit for 30 seconds or so, then wipe it all off with tissues. Then, wash your face normally.

Again, stupid answer: Makeup remover. Get the wet wipes for ease, and the bottle for big jobs. Good soap and scrubbing works too, just not as well. But as >>6345792 said, cold creme works too.

FUN FACT: the term "Hammy", or "being a ham" is an old vaudeville theater term refering to performers who are really bad or cheesy, and thus don't make much money... and have to use ham lard rather than cold cream to remove their makeup.

Only when people are bussy. My major problem is that since I don't work a regular job, I have alot of down time (one of the reasons for the part time I mentioned). As I mentioned in other threads, its about the right parlour and exaggerating facial lives to create the illusions of sallow and sunken features. High light around the cheek bones, the dimples, the temples, the eye sockets and the lower jaw, and use a mixture of 4 parts white, 1 part yellow, 1/2 part grey and a dab of red to make a base for skin tone. Fiddle with it till you look dead.

Just match as close to your skin tone as possible, and from a distance, you can't tell. You can even pierce them with jeweler's standard earings if you wish.

If you want to go all-out, get your plugs, seal the seams with liquid latex, and blend with makeup.

I dunno, I was able to get decent wear out of a basic clown white from party city; I stippled it on with a foam wedge, powdered it, and sprayed some Mehron barrier spray on it. It lasted a full 12 hours, with just a little wear where my mask rested (I was Harley Quinn)

I got roped into zombiefying my whiny friend, she wants to do latex and other effects but I don't think she's going to be able to handle it. I'm trying to convince her to just let me do bruising and some blood but she's dead set on wounds and such. What's the easiest removal process or what else can I use to make gory wounds that won't be a pain to remove?
I usually use liquid latex with tissue/toilet paper and scar wax but I don't think she'll handle being uncomfortable and ruin everyone's night with her bitching.

I've got a beard that ranges between a fairly dark red and blonde, and for a costume I want it to be a nice consistent brown.

No, it dosn't. To answer your question, it works REALLY well. It may seem like it would be uncomfortable for a lady, but the jewelry I wear is all smooth, and it adds texture, pressure and sensation. Anal is a little tricker, but once you get it in, and everything is lubed and relaxed, it works wonders.
