seagulls, I recently made my first loli friend, and I don't like the way she dresses in lolita.
It borders on Ita, with not enough poof or not the right poof underneath, and really ugly headbows that do not look good on her face and are poorly crafted on plastic children's headbands. Her hair is really thin and dyed multiple colors, and the blouses she wears underneath the jsks aren't wellmade and look like something from AC Moore that doesn't fit her right. And she wears the ugly boots that go up to your knee and lace up, but just look really bad with most all of lolita? The cyberpunk-esque ones. And tacky patterns, the ones that look like printed broadcloth for quilts, but all over.

She's smart and sweet and I feel like this is just the way she dresses in lolita, but I just... don't like it. Her outfits border on cyber punk, rave, goffik fetishwear. And then she has a lot of piercings and tattoos, which I don't normally have a problem with, but on top of her outfits, it just doesn't work.

What should I do? I feel like it's just my opinion v her opinion and there is no right answer, and if she's happy in what she's wearing, I don't feel I have a right to step in.

Have you considered linking her to a page of 'The Rules'? There's a big difference between a personal preference on how to wear lolita, and just plain wearing cheap fabric that's badly coordinated.

Guys, guys guys, I have a dilemma!

A girl started at my college this year, and I think she *might* be a lolita. I say might, because if she is, she's a total ita, but I mostly see her wearing western goth and then she occasionally comes out with some seifuku+petticoat+pastel wig combo.

The issue I have here is that, do I ask her if she's a lolita? Because if she is, I want to help her improve her co-ordinates and not look like shit whenever she wears it, but if she isn't, I run the risk of her discovering lolita and using her bad co-ordination skills to create an even bigger ita monstrosity.

I don't know what to do. So far, I've just left it, but god if I ever see the ruby slippers + blue seifuku combo again I'll die.

I'll just jump in and assume this is the same Eevee/Journal found on google from way back when. I don't think they were trying to call her out on ugly curtains. I mean, they look perfectly fine... (minus being severely warped?).

I'm no photoshop wizard but I think these Curtain Hater's might be on to something here. Looking at one of many pictures, this is what I've noticed about these "random" circles.

Please observe, the warping of the window, it goes into a point in one corner. I know windows aren't on perfect angles, but really?

Next, the wall behind her, the bricks are also warped and stretched to the side, which suggests some nasty photoshopping.

Also observe how the curtains are warped around her head, were some work seems to have been done around the nose and face area.

Her right hand appears to be flicking out, holding the dress, but on a closer inspection I don't think she's actually holding the fabric, which leaves it questionable on how the dress is curling out like that.

Pardon me for perving, but neither breast is sitting naturally? They look almost square. If this isn't photoshopped I recommend you see your local Doctor ASAP.

I don't think thats actually photoshop, if you look at the entire image you can notice lens warping.
In the photo to the left thats just a bad seal on an old window, and the photos have bad case of lens flare.
On the second photo, why is the reflection in the window not warped, unless she was really good at shooping this would be a dead giveaway? The images just look like need to be resized because they just look out of focus due to being shot on auto. The concretes texture looks off but I highly doubt someone would put effort into photoshopping concrete (thats probably from it being a cheap camera).

Normally there isn't any drama, just Kami gets bored and stirs shit since she can't make fake friends on facebook anymore and have people believe it when they attempt suicide. Sadly Shontelle either enjoys the drama or Kami has manipulated her into thinking she is righteous and all innocent/sugoi.

This usually results in either of them posting the chch comm on cgl and using the pictures of coords from when they just started out, then messaging random girls in the comm going "I think Eevee keeps posting x to cgl".
