Hey /cgl/
I'm planning on making a faun costume for Halloween, but I figured before I get to the store tomorrow, I'd ask here about a few things so I'm positive on what to get and how to go about it.
I as thinknig about getting 1/2" foam, fur, and paint for the horns. I need at know
a) What should I use to make the hooves?
b) How much foam and fur should I get? (5'4" F)
c) How should I go about making horns and how should I curl them?
d) For a top, what should I do?
I'm making my budget on this about $100 and I have some sewing experience. Any help at all on all this would be greatly appreciated!

I have been trying to figure out how to make these for like, a year. It's beginning to seem futile to make them not big and chunky.

So /cgl/
I got to the store today... I kinda said fuck the budget and spent $130 on the stuff I'm going to need
I bought a pair of pumps from goodwill and I'm debating on if I should cut the thin heel off, or paint it black and let it go mostly unnoticed... Suggestions?

>> No.6308865

Thank you OP for making this thread, I'm also making some goaty legs. I was planning on getting pumps with really tall platforms and using sculpy to mold the very tips of the hooves. As for the heel it all depends on how strong your feet and ankles are I suppose. I personally would cut it off so you really get the whole illusion of digitigrade feet.
