The eyeliner is too harsh on the bottom. What you're doing now is pretty out of style. The lashes seem a mite off, but the top doesnt look too bad. With your skin type, it's not very flattering. Since you're eyes are small, you need to break the uniformity of the line around them, so that they appear larger. Try working with browns and greys. Going with a Liz Lisa type style, that would work better. Something softer would be better for your face, imo.

I wish I had a big wardrobe. I can't be as daily as I would like, for starters I don't go out that often and secondly I have a uniform for work. Sometimes I dress more in normal jfashion style than lolita too. I've always been fine about going outside in slightly weirder clothing though. I think it comes down to the fact I have quite a bit of confidence and the area I live in is very nice/quiet. When I do go to a big city it's usually London.

I used to have really shitty self esteem until at some point at around 14/15 I changed up my look and realized that I shouldn't feel so shit about myself. I also think an acting club I used to go to may have helped to not care what people think. What I think may be important though when dressing weirdly is to have a confident air and to smile. I find people are slightly less inclined to say anything if you look friendly/enjoying yourself.

I'm not really a fan of high-waisted things with tucked-in shirts on anybody. The cardigan and shirt look lovely together, I think you should just untuck the shirt. I also think I'd like it better if your knee-highs were tights and not quite so vibrant. If you want to pop, I feel like a magenta accent in your hair would go better.

I'm not really either. I think what makes me like these shorts is the fabric they're made of. (pic related, they're tiny rabbits.) and the buttons are cute enough to make me want to wear them tucked in. Plus they're shorter than they appear, since they're high waisted, so with the shrit untucked it just looks.... well you barely see the shorts. It's a case of cuteness of the clothes itself vs. how cute it looks on a person. To me the cuteness of the shorts overrides the fact that they're high-waisted. They also looked slightly less ridiculous before I started working out when my legs actually filled out the shorts when I'm standing up. Here's hoping that my legs build some muscle and go back to normal soon, because I'm way too scared to sew flimsy vintage fabric like this.

I can see tights working! Just... not on a hot day like this. I'd like to get tights in a pink that matches the bows on the rabbits a tad better though.
That's a good idea about the hair accessory too. I think a bow with a rabbit in the middle would be absolutely adorable!
