I'm the same person who had a ton of drama recently with Pruany. It's been about a week since I got my order and they're still sitting on $20 of my money. I emailed them to refund the balance, but they haven't done anything except create a "support ticket" in my name. I sent them a screen capture today, asking for the refund AGAIN. If that doesn't go through, I may file a PayPal dispute on my last payment.

The Cat Skirt: Adorable little thing, but tight. I can get it over my butt and up to my waist when I'm not wearing the corset, but if you are bigger than a 37 in hips and 27 in waist, I would avoid like the devil. Overall, pretty good quality. To me it feels better than the flowy-chiffon-like material skirts of department stores for cheap. Can't wait until I find a caramel blouse to go with this as well as some black tights.

The Cat Cardigan: Thin material so I would not wear this on its own if you have crazy winters; more of an inside cardigan or Fall/Spring. Comfy, no problems with itchy material, plus the design is absolutely adorable. On the snug side in terms of fit and if you've got some arms pull the sleeves up so it doesn't look so much like you're wearing kid's clothes.

I ordered it from a different store but I can't find the link, but I had this link bookmarked and it's the same exact thing. I actually think this store I just linked has a better rating. And HOLY SHIT they added new ones. Now I want to buy more!

It's super soft on the inside, I love it so much. The only bad thing is that the design is painted on... like if you wash it, it'll chip off. So you just have to be really careful putting it in the washer! I don't think all the sweater designs are like that though. Oh and all the sweaters are about ~300 grams! It's not very stretchy so if you're a large+ I don't think it'd fit :( Hope that helps and I'm glad I caught your post!

My last order before this one, they sent me the wrong fucking colour tights and sent me a pair of shoes that showed up broken. They had crammed the bows that ripped off into the toe box like they didn't notice it and shipped them out. When I asked them to contact the seller/refund me, they said if I can fix the shoe (with glue) that they could not get a refund. I should have known better than to go back to them again after that incident, but my other shopping service has been somewhat MIA lately.

I think it might fit. It's quite small laying flat. I'm about the same size and it fit tightly. I've got broad shoulders and a long torso so since it doesn't fit properly lengthwise, it doesn't fit my bust properly. It stretched up to a 100 cm/40" though.

Honestly I expected it to be a jacket of sort and got a bit disappointed when it got here and I realized it's a cardigan or indoor jacket. Unlike the bear hoodie it's unlined and the fabric is quite thin. The lace is nice though and it's worth the money but wouldn't pay more for it. There were some loose threads but otherwise well constructed. Minus for the thin fabric but hey. You get what you pay for.
I wouldn't recommend it to anyone that's on the taller side or got a long torso. The chance of it looking odd on you is large.
As I said if anyone's willing to take if of my hands please let me know. I will throw it out otherwise. It's not that it's ugly but it doesn't fit my shoulders and tall body haha.

Love it! It's very soft and cozy. Fully lined. I'm a swefag and went to the supermarket wearing it with a biker jacket and it kept me warm and toasty outside in the bad weather. If you guys saw what I wrote about the backpack in the previous threads and didn't understand what I tried to say. Please look at the picture. The bag itself is rather large and would be perfect for school. It could carry a laptop, books and notebooks. It's well sewn and constructed. I'm still worried that the ties might undo if you're carrying to much heavy stuff in it so it might be a good idea to fasten it further like sewing the ties shut under the buckle.
The fabric is sturdy and tough. Very pleased!

It's $9.99 with $8 shipping. I'd have to see your invoice to calculate how much you paid in fees and shipping just for that item.

The only way I can see being able to save significantly when buying stuff like this on taobao (eg, stuff that's already available on ebay for comparable prices) is if the shipping costs are capped at a certain weight, so buying more means that you'd be "saving" even though you're spending more money overall, because you will probably be buying more things just to reach that weight than you normally would have if you were going through ebay.

The thing for me is that I seriously can not find stuff that is as unique and to my taste in most US stores. The only similar things I've found have been on etsy and are at handmade prices.

For stuff that's sold on ebay, I'd probably go there first especially since many chinese ebay stores offer free shipping to help entice amerifats into buying their shit.

Sweater girl here. The discounted price is a promo, and not a VIP price, so your SS will lower it down to 39 yuan. There are more of these exact sweaters sold in different shops for 39 yuan also which brings it down to ~$6. Having to pay for the domestic shipping fee will bump it up to about $8 anyway though.

The thing with eBay is so many of those photos are stolen and it's nearly impossible to look for reviews for a specific item. Taobao stores steal photos also, but at least you can read specific item reviews on the item's page. Also, there are a lot of taobao stores who don't steal photos and actually model the items or put them on dressforms and it helps a lot. I just don't trust eBay all that much. Every now and then I'll take the chance for small items, but if I'm gonna order a lot of stuff, I might as well just purchase them on taobao.

If I had gone with ebay, I would have gotten half of my order for $160. With taobao, for 18 items, I spent $240 and that includes shipping. Can I sent two packages of one order if one is too heavy?
Do you pay for insurance when you sent your package?(how much they usually charge?)

Honestly, this shirt surprised me for being thicker than the generally thin material of the other white shirts I got. The only thing that made me sad was the fact that the right eye didn't print all the way, but it's no biggie for me. A pretty good shirt for cold weather and sure to keep you. Loose fit, would look good on anybody as long as it isn't baby-jab tight. Sleeves a decent length on somebody that is 5'6", but I just like rolled up sleeves.

R-series comes to mind. Boguta has a few but I think Boguta probably uses cheaper fabric than R-series. Check the sheets and look around.

Btw just because something is non-print, doesn't mean it can't be expensive. IW uses really lovely fabric and lace, and the quality you receive is something I've never seen taobao brands produce. Of course if your budget is tight you're free to seek cheaper alternatives but IW *is* worth the money.

Do you have access to a high-detailed printer?

You need to find a large image of a cats head graphic, any that takes your fancy. Purchase some of that iron-on transfer paper you can find lying around any stationary store and print the cats head out onto the sheets.

Of course you'd then proceed to iron-on the print onto said shirts, but I imagine they would fade fairly quickly after going through the wash (though they wouldn't just drop off immediately like the way you described, they'd fake away after a while).

Do some research into some form of fabric sealant that you can apply over and around the top of the cat graphic and on the inside of the t-shirt underneath where the iron-on it. That should do the trick.

Contributing to the thread, I have my eyes on the Viv Westwood horn tiara knockoffs, but of course I'm too broke to afford the £18 for them right now haha

So far my clothes haven't fallen apart and everything I bought looks like the picture, but I do notice the quality can vary slightly by brand. Maybe I have been the fortunate one? I have been shopping at yesstyle for about 3 years now. I guess if I had two complaints about yesstyle, it would be slow shipping for many items (but the site will usually tell you upfront how long it will take) and the sizes tend to run small.

I got a Boguta dress and it's really weird fitting even though I gave detailed measurements that were taken by someone who knew what she was doing.

I've noticed at a few stores an item will be priced 999. What does that mean? Is it out of stock or something? They're mostly items that you'd expect to be super cheap.

I read on a parenting blog a few years ago about a mother buying plushes from china and there being glass and razor blades in them. Despite having very minimal (and somewhat rusty) sewing skills I'm going to have a crack at making this. Can't really decide what fabric to go with either. And then what to stuff it with. It would be better if it was removable so the cover could be washed. Maybe get some second hand beanbags.
