J-List used to have school uniforms, shimapan, etc. sized for men. Not sure if they have any that are appropriate to wear in public since I never bought any but it can't hurt to check their site.

It's the opposite actually. If you're a proper man bust/waist/shoulder width ratios are never going to match, no matter the size, unless you go for loose clothes, shirring or anything not well fitted. If you do you're a manlet/twink/whatever and you're better off getting ass-raped in an alley.

Nips usually have clothes "for men", but they are either on the crap side or more fetish inclined. You're better off with a tailor/seamstress. Maybe you find one that's into j-culture in your area, but chances are they won't. Even though a school uniform is as basic as they come, you'll want to make a layout/drawing of it and the details you want in it and taking it to them. Just "Japanese schoolgirl uniform" won't cut it if they can barely pinpoint Japan on a map.

Bonus points if you buy the fabrics/materials on your own, but if you don't know anything about clothes just talk to the seamstress first.

A lot of trouble? Maybe. Want it to look good? This is the way to go. That or take your chance with whatever Aliexpress crap you can find.
