The only question to concern yourself with is if they are simply refusing to service rooms, or if they will be actively preventing people from entering hotels. If they legitimately shut hotels down over this and cause chaos in the streets of LA, it'll make history as one of the worst 4th of July weekends LA has ever experienced.
