dress looks like it's too big for the person wearing it. It looks very saggy. Like the other anon also said there's a lack of poof. It would look better if there was a better petticoat under there (or even a hooped petticoat) and the dress fit better. IIRC there are waist ties and two lace-up panels in this dress, these can all be used to make it fit a little better.
Other than the fit of the dress and the lack of poof it's an okay outfit. Not great, not terrible, just okay. And that's fine. I think it could be improved by adding wrist cuffs, and by wearing socks with lace that matches more with the lace on the rest of the items.
