Helmet you can probably unironically get a pretty cheap biker helmet and paint the decals on.

I wouldn't really recommend going to a military surplus store though. Idk where you're from but that stuff is usually not that cheap compared to civilian shit which you can use to recreate the look, because it's made for more wear than you'd ever need for cosplay.

Their helmets look like stahlhelms, gas masks like some WWI shit. Any solid color surplus jacket would probably work for what they wear, and the camo portions like the pants look like flecktarn. I'm sure a ton of different leather or rubber boots/gloves work for what they have. You've posted three very different pictures, but all of them look like they could be made completely of old German surplus. Also consider >>10854351. Genuine surplus is very cool and can be very cheap, but some of it is expensive as shit, especially WWII/WWI German stuff.

Camo also looks kinda more like M42 Oakleaf than it does flecktarn but they’re pretty similar and I dunno how much that detail matters
the top looks kinda like an Afrika Korps coat

Agree that authentic world war shit is expensive but you can get decent repros online
everything I can see on these picture looks like you could get something that is close enough, save for the gas mask I’m not too sure on that front

If I remember properly the suit is a rubber compound. Maybe a spray to add a shiny outer layer could help replicate it.

More like a one of the smocks that had plain tree camo combined with some inspiration from pattern of green pea camo as i look on colour and these dots

Look into firefighter boots (especially vintage type) if "normal" are not massive enough. They are tall and MASSIVE.

For coat you can look into working coats/industrial working coat etc.

Also motocycle gauntlets. 2nd hand is an option here too, especially if you are going for that worn look.

As for gasmask I think Polish MP4 or British FM12 or SD 10 would be OKish base for modifications you can remove lenses and cut wider hole and then add Skying/Scuba Diving goggles if you are OK with figurine variant of design.
