for tret, ask a dermatologist about it. They'll know if it'll work, and know what concentratoin you need.
for men's makeup, there are few masculine male beauty gurus but ik ivan lam has some more masculine videos. use women's products (men's makeup is usually overpriced). moisturize/prime, then conceal, foundation/bb cream, contour, eyebrows (yours are likely thick so try using brow mascara instead of filling them in), finish with powder and lip balm. If you lips look pale/dark get a tinted lip balm. eyeshadow isn't really necessary but if you want it, matte only. also, mascara probably isn't necessary either.

if you have sesnsitive as fuck skin shaving will irritate it more or less. If you can shave it in single pass - you get minimal possible irritation. Which requires sharp as fuck razor. The most sharp tool you can shave with is oldschool straight razor. Are you using that one? If you use cartridges bullshit - throw that shit away and get double edge razor after learning how to shave with it and not kill yourself in the process you can proceed to straight razor. If you already use one - then shaving while hair is still very short and keepig razor sharp plus skincare appropriate for season of the year and skin type is all you can do. In the winter skin typically suffers the most.

Your favorite waterproof eyeliners available in pencil/mechanical pencil form or potted (no liquid plz)? Preferably something available in black-brown (as opposed to true black) because I feel like it looks better on my complexion. I've realized that the drugstore brand of eyeliner I've been using since middle school, is not in fact very long-wearing despite the claims on the packaging. I really liked lip ink's lash tint. I'm not a fan of how sharp and graphic most liquid liner goes on either when I prefer the fuzzier look of pencils. I've had better luck with liquid liner that have a felt tip-like applicator instead of the typical brush. I actually really liked the dolly wink liquid eyeliner in brown because it was buildable and really subtle if you wanted it to be but it didn't have staying power. But I was using that years ago (like 2015) and it seems like they've changed the packaging and/or formula since then? There's something called "my best liner" that seems to have replaced the old stuff. Does anyone know if the new stuff actually waterproof/long lasting like it claims? Interesting, why would you say Australian sunscreen is the best?

As an Australian living in the ozone hole state I abhor the nuclear fuckening that is many aus made sunscreen. So many eye burning pore blocking nightmares to dance between. Good for arms chest and legs mind you but face and neck? I’ve yet to find one that I can tolerate upon my face.
The real irony is the majority ignore sunscreens and look like rave vegeta here until they crinkle like burnt crisps.

Keratosis pilaris and strawberry legs aren't the same at all. Strawberry legs happens because when you shave, you're only taking the hair above the skin, and you can still where it's cut off, essentially, especially for pale folks with dark hair. Keratosis pilaris is excess keratin in the skin that creates bumps where hair follicles are, most commonly on upper arms and thighs.

Idk if this is important but in the morning I use Cetaphil facial cleanser, 1% clindamycin topical solution, and CeraVe AM moisturizer with SPF 30. the correlation between diet and acne hasn't been studied that well and the research has yielded to poor results. generally, hormonal acne is mainly on your jawline and can hurt and cause cysts. acne caused by oily skin is more similar to teenage acne where you have whiteheads mostly on the t-zone and cheeks. establishing the cause of your acne is more of a process of elimination and one consultation with a doctor won't clear all your doubts, but it can lead in the right direction. a lot of medicaments like adapalene or benzoyl peroxide can have good performance regardless the source of the acne.

Massage it in for at least 5 minutes, especially around where your skin is more clogged. Let it sit for like 10 minutes then massage for another 5 minutes then rinse off. If you're female, hormonal acne will change with your cycle. If it's oily skin, your skin feels oily and you will probably have good success with things like changing pillow case more frequently, skincare routine etc (note: skin can be oily-but-actually-dry if you strip it off too much with cleansers and don't moisturise properly). If it's dietary, you'll know as soon as you change your diet. Trial and error, a derm doesn't actually know the difference they just ask you what you've tried and put two and two together for you...or will trial you on a bunch of things as a process of elimination. Blush is often complicated to get right on your own as it's "3D" sculting stuff and some face shapes require to be able to see the side of the face that mirror not always do the justice. So yes, it might be very hard. It's hard to give general advices as there is too many factors that affect final result and there are many variations in facial features dependent on for example your ethnic background so charts presenting "tips" like "if you have oblong face do blush this way" are not universal.

the active in tretinoin is synthesized vitamin a (like accutane). it's used for severe acne and works faster, but is more aggressive and will cause drying and flaking of the skin during usage and a purge period where you'll look demonic then get beautiful. a dermatologist will prescribe it before accutane to help treat more serious acne. retinols are useful for both anti aging and acne, and the active ingredient works slower. it's gentler on the skin because of this and lower concentrations can be used on undereyes. if you have serious persisting skin issues i'd recommend trying tret or a course of accutane if possible in your country, i used to have terrible cystic acne and now people regularly compliment my complexion. sorry to ramble, ganbatte nonny

well for one it's mostly waxing, not tweezing, though it can happen from tweezing also, just less common and often isn't permanent. what happens is removing the entire hair damages the hair follicle root over time so hair becomes thinner as the follicle root becomes smaller, and may eventually disappear. often times it will repair itself and the hair will grow back, still thinner and slower though. it's not guaranteed though, so it's better to do IPL treatments that burns the follicle root and keeps it from repairing itself.

Clay will explain the redness, but you said that's what's been getting rid of the acne, huh? If it's an acne vulgaris infection you picked up, that would explain the masks helping, but either just your body eradicating it on its own or even medication might help. Some doctors will give you an antibiotic depending on the circumstances. Most jump toward hormonal, but it could've been maybe you just never had an actual acne infection before. Have you been stressed? Stress will make you susceptible to infection. Also, if you got a little container or bag or way to keep your clay mask away from air, you can take a little dab of it and apply it overnight as a spot treatment on the sores versus your whole face and reap the same benefits minus drying all your skin out.

get a cleanser(face wash) that contains clay, rather than doing a daily mask. clay masks are meant for 2 days a week MAX. i'm allergic to tea tree oil so i can't really weigh in on it other than it's very harsh from what i've heard. the clay is probably getting rid of the acne since you're just stripping all the oils from your skin, which is a bigger problem.

I know other anons weighed in, but tea tree really helps my acne but I find it can be irritating. You may try using it every other day or go to even just twice a week. You could also try using a product that has less tea tree oil in it. Keep in mind some animals are deathly allergic to it if you have pets. Clay can be really drying so you might just be drying your skin out too much. When I first started getting acne really badly I washed my face way too much and it made it worse so you don't want to be too aggressive towards acne sometimes. You might try getting a gentle face wash with no active ingredients and try alternating it with your tea tree one. Either every other day or one in the morning and the other at night. Also if you really overdid it you may need to just not do anything to your skin for a while or just stick with a gentle face wash and moisturizer. I had an allergic reaction once so badly that all I could put on my face was Vaseline for a month. Be careful.

So many men are disgusting greasemonsters that if you shower daily, have a skincare routine, work out, drink a shitton of water and lots of fruit+veg, and wear deodorant and nice cologne you're ahead of the curve of a huge portion of dudes your age.

For makeup, you'll need a concealer, eyebrow gel (clear or something that matches your hair color), lip balm (tinted or not), and lengthening mascara.

Eyebrow gel is basically just mascara for your eyebrow hairs. It keeps them smooth and groomed. If you're getting your eyebrows threaded that'll be perfect. Glossier is a brand that has a good brow gel in a few different colors.

From what I can piece together, my daily routine would be

4. Lip balm

That's not how it works. Your lips get conditioned to having moisture all the time so you need to ween them off of having it. The same thing would happen if you put olive or coconut oil on them every day. They're not filled with secret drying ingredients.

There's a problem I've been having for a while now with my hair:
It seems that using a lot of shampoo is the only thing that gives it enough volume, but it has the drawback of making it dry and coarse.
But then if I use enough conditioner to get the smooth, shiny texture that I want, it kills the volume.
It seems like there's no way to get both the right amount of volume and the right amount of smoothness. I've tried sea salt spray and leave-in conditioner to adjust it more after getting out of the shower if it comes out too flat or too dry (respectively). It's helped some, but still hasn't quite solved my problem.

>> No.10855331

There's a lash and eyebrow dye brand called "refectocil", they have a lot of colors. Their "blonde" actually lightens brows and can be used to bleach brows before giving them a fun color (like blue, green, etc). Their lightest natural color is a light brown which I've used and looks natural on me. I'm a dark blonde with white eyebrows. You can control the darkness of the result by cutting the dyeing time in half (for a lighter result).
If you're not in europe you might not be able to get this brand but I'm sure there are local brands that do the exact same. Search for something like this in your local beauty supply store.
