I only went for one day, Saturday, but yes I really did. I went with a group of friends (two who were experiencing it for the first time) and it was lovely -- warts and all. Parking was an absolute nightmare, but everything after that was great. Being around the cosplay, excitement, and art lifted my spirits so much that I didn't mind having to pay $21 for a salad and drink, or being cattle in AA. I wish the 4 day passes weren't so expensive, I would've gone back for more.
