34 DD/DDD here
Wearing a chest binder knocks me down about 5 cm but is hard to breathe in. I spend an extra $70-90 getting some of my dresses professionally altered if I can find fabric that matches for solid color JSKs. Heavily considering breast reduction not just because of lolita, but just because they're a pain in the ass for everything I wear as I've discovered. I used to dress in t-shirt and jeans but when I got into lolita, I started changing my wardrobe to more feminine styles. To my dismay, unless you're dressing to show off your tits finding button ups, blazers, blouses or anything that isn't a hoodie isn't made for bigger busts. I'm dissapointed that I can't wear most OPs and no salopettes.

I wear a US 32J and wear binders. Best case scenario I wear skirts with blouses that have been altered/tailored to fit better, and I am getting a reduction because of worsening pain. I always look frumpy even with a binder so it takes away a lot of the enjoyment of wearing lolita. Sometimes I'll buy men's shirts from AatP and aside from the shoulders they fit a bit better, and corset-back men's shirts tend to look alright too.

they don't have to accommodate for us, that is not my point nor release plus sized shit or whatever the hell

just makes me sad that the community literally automatically assumes we're fat if we mention struggling to fit into burando if and only because of the chest sizing

>> No.10710901

I take chrysin daily, try to avoid things with estrogen (chicken, not natural beef) or phytoestrogens (almond milk, onions milk). I do like eggs, but they unfortunately also add to the problem. Diet has a lot to do with it for me and American diets are add to women becoming larger.

I lean more into being a pescatarian, but getting my tits to go down is always a struggle. The pandemic caused them to balloon back up to probably F level, but I think I've gotten them back down to C. It took a lot of working out as well, so I'd advise make sure to do cardio and weights. Most under arm, shoulder, and upper back are good for chest but you're going to need to really walk the line because shoulders is going to make OPs fit like shit.

>here to say that fuck people who call us fatties because brand isn't always accommodating to larger chest sizes
>>10710901 here. If you're not doing things to minimize your chest, like working out then yes, you're fat. It's a struggle but it's managable if you're eating right and exercising. Then minimizer bras DO work. Otherwise, you're just going to look like a chonk with your chest smaller than your gut

>> No.10710907

Metas plus size is perfect. It has too much on the waist for me but it’s pretty easy to cinch it in with the waist ties. What I learned from taking a look at it is that one thing that helps a lot is a longer bodice and longer straps. Haneuli has larger sizes, but I found that it Didn’t really fit because they didn’t increase the bodice length and strap length proportionally. A lot of indie brands also make really good stuff these days and several offer full custom sizing.

Usually I just get things altered, and I have my blouses custom made by various taobao shops. I used to do F+F. I don’t care what anyone says about taobao looking cheap, nothing looks worse than clothes that don’t fit.

Does anyone have experience with the meta plus size blouses ?

>Does anyone have experience with the meta plus size blouses
As someone who has bigger boobs at any size but is currently actually fat, their plus size blouses fit well with tons of extra room. I'm short though so even if you're thin and large busted the lengths may bother you if you're taller.

Honestly, how many people have (natural) chests that are substantially large while having a slim body everywhere else? Not even trying to be a bitch or an ana-chan but I don’t see it much. Even in the pic posted ITT, their arms and waist clearly have excess fat, though it doesn’t look as severe because the chest makes them appear proportional, at least from that particular angle.

>> No.10710928

>>10710925
Someone's waist not curing drastically inward doesn't mean excess fat. The arms in the pic seem fine. Everyone isn't an hourglass so some people are just fucking square in the hips and big boobs actually make that look worse since you don't have hips to compensate.

A lot of people have large chests measurement wise for lolita but aren't fat. And a lot are just fat. It really depends. Also I know chest size isn't inherently racial but most thin but still big breasted women I know personally tend to be Asian (rare but not unheard of), Black, and Latina (also less common than black but not impossible to see). I remember as a kid with an ED seeing literal proana ED black girls who couldn't lose enough breast tissue so their ribs are showing clearly without even inhaling but their chests still take up more room than on others.

>> No.10710933

>>10710928
I find that completely off. I find many thinner black women have very small boobs but still retain more in their butts, whereas it’s the white women that get pancake butt and retain some breasts even when they’re thinner. But obviously we’re both basing this on our anecdotal observations. Personally I am white and I had a 34DD even when I was a size 4. And for someone 5’8” that’s thin, I think I was about 125lbs.

I do also struggle with lolita and as >>10710907 said the biggest problem is that even if it “fits” for the bust in circumference it’s too short because going over the curve of the breasts eats up so much length. To me true boobloaf is not just your boobs being squished down, but it’s when your boobs take up the entire bodice all the way down to the waist line, not just up high where your boobs are “supposed” to be. And as someone else said a lot of these people with bigger breasts tend to be Westerners (I’m assuming because of our hormone-impacting diets and chemicals used in our processing facilities like phthalates) so we’re on average at least 4 inches taller than the Japanese women, adding to the whole problem of your boobs taking up the entire bodice

>> No.10710958

>>10710925
they exist but I feel like that body type is rarer than just being fat, especially in lolita. You can eat yourself into obesity and find plenty of options made for you but if you just have naturally big boobs nothing will fit right. Yeah, I wear a 30E, though my breasts have a larger fat to breast tissue ratio than most, I think, so they squish down pretty easily. I just wear an unlined bra and only wear dresses with shirring so I can tighten them more around my waist than my chest.

As someone who plans to get one in the future if further weight loss doesn't suffice, depending on insurance coverage prices range from $5,000-$18,000 if your insurance will even cover it. Since most of us don't have breasts so large they ruin our lives and it's just lolita fashion specific struggles, no one is going to spend thousands they could use on burando to surgically reduce the size of their relatively normal breasts.

Heck even outside of lolita the higher end of that surgery cost range is a down payment on a home or a new car just to fit dresses or blouses more easily. Not worth the risks of surgery to spend that much and all imo. Especially given the fact that if your breasts are just average but big only for lolita, there is unlikely to be pain or other issues you can report to your doctor to increase the chance of insurance covering it as neccesary rather than cosmetic.

>> No.10711019

My tits aren't huge, but they're about 98 cm, which is just outside of the comfortable range for a significant amount of burando. Things are changing and a lot of brands are making things with more shirring, so I at least have better luck fitting into pieces from the past ~3 years.

For things that I'm just out of the range of, I use a pseudo binder. Can't remember the brand, but it was basically marketed as a safer, more comfortable everyday binder. It's more flattening than a sports bra, but not as much as a full on binder. There's still a bit of a boob bump, which I like

I’ve been wearing this under my lolita lately. I bought it for my wedding to avoid panty/bra lines and realized it minimized my boobs but was super comfortable and gave a nice separated shape. The material is high tech and very thin and breathes. All the sports bras I’ve tried seem to be thick and flatten me but don’t actually reduce the measurements, but I lose about 3cm in this, I think mostly just by being some help a thin material. Similar to a bralette but it gives support which a bralette does not. It’s from Spanx. I’m about 96cm without, 93cm with, so this makes all the world of difference to me in not only which dresses I can fit but how comfortable I am. 96 is near the max for some dresses so being slightly under that means I’m not dying 2 hours into wearing lolita

Cry about it...

Nah, but I wear a binder if it looks good, but it takes readjusting every so often bc my tits slowly migrate together to create an aggravating uniboob. Bought it for dysmorphia, so that uniboob rustles my jimmies even outside lolita; stg I'm gonna start experimenting with putting shit between them to prevent it OTL

And actually, fitting into more lolita was a contributing factor in my ED a good number of years back, which is mostly under control now. Got down to 88 in the bust, but also had to get down to 89 lbs for that to happen, sooooo yeah, mostly I just cry about it LOL

There is no such a thing as losing fat in exactly one place, I know I’m from /fit/. Boobs are fat, weight =/ a signal you are slim, per se, you can be a skinny fat. You can lift weights, substitute your body fat for muscle progressively so tldr, lose weight, gain muscle. Odds “not overweight” lolitas here are just a bunch of skinny fat hoes.

To everyone here considering surgery to reduce their breast size purely for cosmetic reason or to make clothes fit better, please consider the gravity of your actions. If you ever had a major surgery with a long recovery time you’d understand how traumatic for the body this is. Your body reads this as trauma not matter how normalized it is in our society. You will have side effects even if everything goes perfectly such as loss of feeling and reduced circulation due to scar tissue. And there’s a chance for complications such as infections that could require further surgeries and long recovery times and bad-looking results. It’s not a quick fix, it’s major damage to an otherwise healthy body.

I get it, I’m in the big boobs club and finding clothes that fit and flatter is really hard and can lead one to believe that they’re the problem when it’s the clothes that are the problem because clothes are made cheaply in boxy cuts that just don’t flatter big boobs. Its not you looking frumpy, it’s the clothing industry’s race to the bottom and fast fashion that’s the problem. Plus for how much money it would cost in missed work alone you could hire a trainer to follow the advice from /fit/ anon.
Just please think long and hard and exhaust all other options before resorting to major surgery.

It's GC2B and I would not recommend them.

They were highly suggested to me at the time I purchased, which also happened to be the time frame their quality went down. The thread on BOTH the binders I own from them snapped after only a couple wears. I was sized directly by them with measurements and photos, and as careful as I could be putting them on; hand washed and air dried.

If you have a large bust in comparison to your underbust, (my diff is just over 8.5") you're gonna have to find a longer tank style binder bc regular ones will hang off and leave the hem of the binder sticking out and very obvious under fabrics that aren't thick. Probably fine for lolita but good luck with a T-shirt. You'll also have the underside of your tits getting fresh air, as again, it just hangs off them at the bottom since it can't adequately bind them.

I HAD a couple of other brand recs after my last purchase from GC2B, but I was so frustrated about the experiences and having to find another binder that I temporarily gave up and no longer have the brand names.

But yeah, would not recommend GC2B.

Not exactly. The number is just the band size so if you have a lot of extra fat or barrel chest then it can be bigger than your cup size on some people. No, sister sizes are bullshit marketing. Most bra tips and tricks are marketing. All bra companies use different formulas to size you in order to tell you whatever they want to get you to buy a bra. Bras are just a product that is designed to make breast shape socially attractive. Unfortunately most clothing is designed to be worn with bras, including lolita. But bras aren't some useful piece of clothing.

Same. Plus I have very little padding on my ribs and they hurt. I think the problem is that I have a 34 band and it’s all ribs but they assume I’m just a smaller person with fat on my ribs so it squeezes too tight, if that makes sense. They think there’s fat they have to squeeze through. That’s my problem for clothes in general really. If you’re tall or have a large frame, even when clothes are big enough to fit you the clothing companies assume you are someone with a smaller frame, closer to the average height, and that you’re just fat. Which doesn’t work quite right
It’s kind of like how lolita dresses are just made wider and not taller when they try to make a plus size.

No that's wrong. The Romans didn't have concepts of homosexuality as we do today, they had only ideas of submissive and dominant and it was common for a Roman master to be the exclusive penetrative partner of many slaves but it was seen as shameful and below a Roman to receive penetration. Whereas Greeks did not engage at all in penetrative sex and the relationships were more mentor/mentee between an older man and an adolescence. The sexual components were usually mutual masturbation.

Women were actually the biggest factor in the destruction of "platonic homosexuality" in men as women played a huge role in the spread of Christianity up until the Early Modern period as they would convert their husbands and educate them about the sinfulness behind homosexuality, they would also importantly educate their children as Christians. Christianity was widely adopted by women of the antiquity and Medieeval period as it did in fact give women a lot more agency, independence and control over themselves and their families as important and revered matriarchs. Women also crucially learnt important things like reading, writing, measurements, law, culture and history from the Bible and the early teachers of the Church giving them an avenue in ancient and medieval society they would otherwise have been shut out of unless they were exceptionally wealthy.

>> No.10714197

>>10714190
Even breast implants are way less harmful and invasive than breast reduction, so dental implants are not a good comparison. Breast implants they are putting a balloon in and inflating it. They can even go through the belly button. Breast reduction involves completely cutting open the breast, removing tissue, even disconnecting the nipples completely and then sewing them back on. Then you have to have drains installed to drain out all the extra fluid annoys that will collect in the breast and have tubes coming out of your body which can easily get infected. Then after a couple weeks you get the tubes out and you’re sewed up more and gave more healing to do. Breast implants can takes a few weeks or a month to recover. Breast reductions take multiple months and are extremely painful. I’ve had a dental implant. It doesn’t compare.
So casually suggesting women get breast reductions to fit clothes made for people with a significantly smaller natural body type is ridiculous. The real answer would be for someone to make lolita that fits busty people, not just shittily made, slap-some-shirring-on-it, mumu-looking “plus-size” garments that are still tube shaped. Bustier lolitas are stuck between normal sizes made for flatter women that are tube shaped and plus sizes that are made for fatter women who are also tube shaped, just a bigger tube. But considering I have to special order bras and clothes in regular fashion from sites like Bravissimo, I doubt it will ever happen in lolita

Accurate. If there is room for the tits to squish down, then they do. No one with big tits is getting away without using a good sports bra in lolita. I have pretty large tits and fight to keep my diet stable so they don't swell, but I don't look like a sausage roll in lolita.

I don't understand why women with big tits feel the need to complain about not fitting in lolita when the rest of society and mainstream fashion praises and caters to them. It really doesn't. It may seem that way, but it only caters to large breasts if you want to dress like a thot for the male gaze. If you want to dress professionally, simple, or feminine you're out of luck with finding things that fit, lolita or not. Same issue with pants if you have an ass that sticks out, you have this annoying gap between you lower back and waistband.
>why most models are tall skinny small boobed women

You have to eat more even with working out to gain muscle weight. Some of what you gain is muscle but especially if you start off underweight and increase calorie intake even with high protein to bulk up you inevitably will gain a little body fat, just not an unhealthy amount. I gained some fat but mostly muscle. DD isn't even that big unless you're sporting a huge band size due to wide ribs or excess fat, and an underweight person gaining just a little to be healthy is not going to have excess fat.

Reductions are not a surgery I recommend unless it's your last resort. Especially just for lolita when you can just take your items to a tailor, but to imply anon is fat for gaining any amount of weight when she started underweight is silly.

Question for small chested friends from a big chested one. What are the downsides of being smaller that doesn't involve what other people think about you? This isn't bait or a gotcha, I just can't think of many. First thing that came to mind was trying to fill out a dress but you can tailor it down or wear padding. Bras don't fit because the cups are made too big (like at the store not a speciality shop). The bra slides up because you dont have boobs to keep it in place. The empty cups make weird shapes under clothes. You don't have enough boob to fill out certain styles of shirts. When your SO lays on your chest it probably isn't comfortable because it is 100% sternum. Can never paizuri. Padding doesn't look good and just isn't comfortable. If you just go braless it is still very nipple so that doesn't work either. I mean it's not too bad but all of these things are annoying. I am a AA.

Thanks for answering, I can see how those can be an issue. I;ve always been envious of smaller chests because they seemed more versatile but wanted to hear from the other side. Don't feel too bad about inability to do paizuri. I tried a couple times but I had to like, crush my tits together because even thought they're big, there's no real friction unless you're pushing them together hard enough to make it "tight" which just hurts and gets tiresome. This is untrue. IRL (in theater as a teen in school) I have had gay men bully and sexually harass me in ways they just got away with because the excuse was they're gay and not into women so they couldn't be sexually harassing me. Verbal and touching my boobs and making extremely inappropriate comments straight guys in school would have gotten suspended or written up for. They were able to wave it away as a joke since they were gay but no one liked them and they made everyone uncomfortable. It made us appreciate the gay guys who were normal and well adjusted even more because they treated us reasonably instead of randomly using their sexuality as an excuse for why they made life hell for many of the girls.

I can't believe this is so prevalent, had this happen to me too, I left the GSA because of it. Fruit flies will lie for them though for "equality" and they get away from it

a minority of the population in your country uses 4chan
a tiny minority of 4chan users browse cgl
less than 100% of cgl users are female
even in this tiny minority of the general population, theres still enough big breasted females to fill a whole thread
seems like big tits are common as dirt
