Literally saw an old classmate of mine who came to visit from Vancouver (I'm also visiting my home country for the holidays), if she's not traveling it's because she doesn't want to. Last year, Quebec was in a curfew for almost 5 months where you couldn't be outside of your home past 8:00 or 9:30PM, depending on how bad your part of the province was. They're reintroducing a similar curfew, starting at 10:00PM, effective this Friday. Maybe learn about people outside of your immediate bubble before you call something bullshit.
