Also, on a more general note, I think the reason hanikami is so obsessed with claiming the SS needs to give a refund and she has done no wrong is because to her, the money matters more than the actual burando as a vehicle to get more burando. BellShrimp here, I admit that I made a mistake and I tried my best to solve the problem. I contacted hanikami bear 3 times (2 times when we first found out the problem and one time after the packages were delivered), I did refunded fully to my customer and paid for shipping when hanikami bear decided to re-ship the items. I feel sincerely sorry about the situation and willing to make compensation to my customer, doesn’t mean she can resell the items that doesn’t belong to her.
Also, I have never leaked hanikamibear’sinformation, all I did was giving my customer her email trying to see if my customer can reach out to her. My customer had interactions with her before and figured out who she is.

This whole situation just shows how stupid Zoe is. I have had this happen both as the customer, and as the shopper. First of all, it is 100% the responsibility of the shopper to refund or recover the missing item. Part of why I stopped running my SS was because if an item goes missing I have no choice but to refund. Having said that, Zoe is a fucking idiot for trying to sell it like this. When I have a situation like that and I decide to sell for whatever reason, I use an alternate account or list through a friend's account and I'd never try to sell immediately after. I get that it's a dog eat dog world, but don't be so fucking stupid about it cause now you're everyone's lunch.

Hell, I've had to refund people for non-receipt claims when I knew full well they had received their item. Back when I cosplayed I bought a single pair of circle lenses from some company, when it shipped I got a huge package. I was pretty confused, but opened it anyway, I didn't really know what else to do. There was tons of shit that I obviously hadn't ordered and a note addressed to someone else, so I wrapped it back up and contacted the company. They were grateful to me which I thought was surprising since I would think it's a normal thing to do when you get something that you didn't buy? Anyway, they sent me a shipping label to the actual customer and it was actually quite a pain in the ass since I was living in a dorm at the time and trying to find the Fedex guy they sent to pick it up was a nightmare, but I still did it because it was just the right thing to do. Not trying to brag, this is an anon board anyway, but it's insane to me that someone would keep something that was mistakenly sent to them when they could just send it back.
