They literally never said they are pure muscle lol, just that they have some, which could mean anything from average fit/toned like a Jillian Michaels type to an Olympic gymnast, and you can store that muscle in a variety of places. She never claimed to be jacked, just that she works out and has some muscle at a weight that is far from super heavy unless she is like, really really short (under 5'2") which as someone who is likely somewhat younger considering she still works out regularly/has time for that, it makes perfect sense that she would.

It's the "current year", women aren't afraid to do strength training anymore, why does the thought that a girl has titties and lifts some weight or does full body exercise seem so foreign or unrealistic?
