Let's discuss all the things that go into creating and consuming content about our niche across the various platforms.

Here's some questions to get us started. Answer as many or as little as you like.
1. What type of content do you create? (ie. Lolita, cosplay, or more specifically: cosplay tutorials, Lolita brand reviews, etc.)
2. What platform(s) do you post your content?
3. How long have you been creating content?
4. What has been your best equipment investment.
5. What piece of equipment wasn't worth the investment?
6. What is something that you wished you knew going at the start?
7. What are your short or long term goals for the future?

I'll start!
>1. What type of content do you create? (ie. Lolita, cosplay, or more specifically: cosplay tutorials, Lolita brand reviews, etc.)
I record short sew-alongs. I started first with the small projects I was working on (plushies), but I just finished recording my first cosplay build log. I'm really excited to post it and make many more :)
>2. What platform(s) do you post your content?
Instagram Reels and Tiktok. One day I think it'd be fun to post on Youtube, but I'm working from my phone right now so nowhere in the immediate future I think.
>3. How long have you been creating content?
I just started this year. I'm very camera shy and even more afraid/repulsed by my recorded voice, so I've been building up to this for a long time.
>4. What has been your best equipment investment.
I just bought a ring light! I noticed that my room lights weren't cutting it when I was reviewing footage and I don't often have the chance to film in natural light so, I hopped on a sale when I saw one.
>5. What piece of equipment wasn't worth the investment?
I have a tripod that's taking up space in my closet. I bought it years back when I still had a shitty digital camera thinking it'd be sooo useful. Well, I used as a wig head stand once for styling so I guess it's not completely useless. I wish I had some more use out of it though.
>6. What is something that you wished you knew going at the start?
The fun of interacting with people and making something you're proud of will always outweigh the horrifying ordeal of being perceived.
>7. What are your short or long term goals for the future?
Short Term: Finish the cosplay I'm working on and upload the videos documenting my progress.
Long Term: To have enough followers that I can interact with multiple people in my comments.
