Thanks, it actually is already stained! I used a pretty terrible wood (I knew nothing about woodworking) so it was a pain to carve and also didn't have much color. I went with a basic Minwax stain. It came out a little darker than I wanted but the grains are more visible now and it didn't make it overly shiny so I cant complain too much.

The fact that you didn't think it was stained actually makes me feel better about it, that's kinda the look I wanted

My goal is to use fabric but have a wire frame and have a thin strip of led on it so they can look 'fluttering. I'm in the process of being extra with the wig and adding strands of tinsel (very minor otherwise it'll look tacky) for a shimmer look. Super is my favorite form and I felt far prettier than Eternal ever was. So the goal is to make it look as close to a final transformation as I can.

I've teamed up with a pretty prominent fitness YouTuber and he's acting as my personal trainer. We're going to do a couple of cosplays together at NYCC next year (things will be back to semi normal by fall 2021...right?).

I'm going to do All Might, Joseph Joestar, and Superman.

He'll be doing Geralt Of Rivia and Aquaman. Would be amazing if Henry Cavill and Jason Momoa were at the con. I've been told I look a lot like Cavill (but a lot taller, bigger) and my buddy/trainer is a dead fucking ringer for Jason Momoa. Like...eerily so. Except also taller (like 6'5").

Gyms are STILL closed here but I've been biking and doing body weight work like crazy, working on getting as lean as humanly possible until the gyms reopen and I can bulk up.

Down 40 lbs since March.
Gonna drop 10 more lbs, then I'm gonna hit the gym HARD. Want to add 100 lbs to my bench press and deadlift and lean bulk a good 25-30 lbs.

Grape-kun the penguin, sort of from Kemono Friends. It's one I've wanted to do for a while. He's mostly drawn as a realistic penguin, but there are also some images of him post sandstar where he's basically drawn as a male version of Hululu, and that's what I'm going to go for. In addition to the purple armband I'm also just going to carry the Hululu cardboard cutout from the penguin enclosure as well.

I'm going to be buying a new motorcycle later this year, and part of me wants to paint it like the Japari Bus and call it the Japari Bike. If I can do that before cons reopen, and it looks like I'm going to have plenty of time there, I'll ride it to a con as Grape-kun.
