I had a great experience with Tenshi in comparison to Muuh. Tenshi got the item faster and she broke down my invoice in detail when she sent it and she let me request other items in the same order via email thread instead of placing a new one.

I loved her service a ton and she was much friendlier/nicer in addition to being able to get what I wanted. Muuh has never once bought an item for me faster than Tenshi or even slow business SS like Remambo. I always send my requests to multiple SS and Muuh never gets the item first and is always the last to tell me they didn't.

For me Mintkismet and Muuh are probably my two least favourite SS, I’ll usually only contact them as a last-ditch effort if I know tenshi can’t get a particular item. Mint’s fees seem to be entirely random at times, I’ve at one point paid what seems like 40% of an item’s cost just in her service fees etc. If people think Muuh can be rude, they’ve never dealt with mint, she sperged out on me one time because I had contacted 2 SS about an order request and the other SS was able to get back to me quicker.

AP's new releases have been so disappointing lately. I was super hyped for Horoscope Carnival, but it seems like the fabric choice or printing technique has left the print murky and dim.

Honestly this is pretty strange to see people coming over to call Muuh out when she's basically ending her career as shopping service. I've seen many nice comments of her work before. I think it's more expensive but worth it. HC 2019 was a mistake. If they won't reproduce it in its original form, embroidery would be the next best high quality way to reproduce it.

Why do people hate HC sizing more than say, MCD that is also huge? Is it that much bigger? I'm busty though as well so of course I have less to complain about than someone of a smaller bust with this piece, but I've had to deal with waist fitting an item and bust not cut or fitting right all the time so I guess I am used to it.

Canada gull with all the packages in the last thread here. Got one of my EMS packages this week, no customs! I just got my EMS package from 4/6 yesterday. I hadn't checked the tracking in a few days so I was shocked when it suddenly showed up.
Still waiting on two more from 4/19 and 4/22. They're still stuck in Japan and haven't moved.

I got the 4/7 EMS package today. That's kind of funny that ours were staggered exactly by a day, by both date shipped and date recieved.

The big EMS order I'm waiting on was shipped 4/13. Here's to hoping we might only have to wait another week or two! I plan on posting when I receive it. I'll look out for any posts from you too.

They once hyped up a berry print as being done by ex-AatP designer, so that would be one of their best prints.

The rest are done by.... whoever. Soufflesong doesn't really have their own brand identity or their own in-house illustrator. So of course the quality, style, everything is going to vary pretty widely.

Soufflesong/Neverland is not really that kind of brand imo. They rolled out the door with full production, nearly ten releases the first year, a fashion show, the works.

They're pretty much a larger company pumping out cheap things from the get-go. This isn't your average star-in-the-eyes indie brand with hopes of fulfilling girls' dreams to dress in frills. It's more profitable if they simply bring on a minor celebrity designer for a couple of prints while pumping out cheap dresses the rest of the year rather than hire her full time and then end up dying together with her when she decides she doesn't want to draw frilly dresses anymore.
