I have larger than average hands for a woman and I can't fit vintage gloves either, but never had any trouble with lolita gloves since most of them are made of stretchy material.
Metamorphose crochet gloves are the most stretchy I own if you find some secondhand.

Atelier Pierrot makes some very roomy lace gloves.
Marble's sizing is average, the lace gloves are not stretchy but the velveteen are.
SweetDreamer's gloves have short fingers.

And depending on what patterns and colors are used to the fabric patches that form the apron it could work with a mori-lolita look if it's a cohesive enough coord. The picture already seems very lolita-inspired.
