However, I would like to inform you that most of the concerns are pure hysteria. 97% of the fatalities have been from old people with pre-existing health problems. Knowing that, I would firmly insist that you don't cave from hysteria and cancel the 2020 convention. Young people (the prime attendee demographic) are essentially immune to this disease and its effects. If you wouldn't cancel the con due to the annual 600,000 fatalities caused by the seasonal flu, then there should be no reason to cancel because a few thousand elderly fatalities are caused by disease. I look forward to an amazing experience at the 2020 convention."
