Not personally a fan of bustles for super sweet prints, but I like that they used to vary the cuts like this. Some releases would have a bustle, some would have a detachable bib, some would be halter top, some would be a skirt with the attachable apron top, etc Now it’s all just really basic cuts with minor variations to the finishes of the bodice.
