I'm pretty sure this already happened and there are very salty gulls out there with the same intention (though some of them are probably larping poorfags), they just don't make themselves known like that /a/non. I also know there are people who are only interested in dresses that are posted here because of tge status as a popular sought after piece and loose interest as soon as it looses that status one way or another. I guess cause I didn't try to pressure anyone I don't see it as bad, but now I learned that it bothers people which they explained or expressed why. I just offered an option to the seller cause sometimes people are looking to make a quicker sale and I didn't notice that anon's post until after I made mine (and they may have posted after mine anyway so I'd have no way of knowing they were willing to pay more). If the seller wanted to take me up on my offer they would have sent me a price they were comfortable or happy with I assume. It would also make it so that I can get an idea of the value to the seller even if it's more than what I can personally afford so I'd know how much I'd need to save up for or whatever if I want the item later on.

The seller is making money either way. The seller not making the absolute maximum amount possible off of a sale isn't hurting them significantly in my mind I guess? Especially since based on people itt many people selling their old school definitely bought it for far less than they're selling for now. Past listings sold for like $150 USD even stained, so I was assuming it's value or budgeting what I was thinking about paying at a price that was well over double that since this one is in very good condition.
