I think that’s true. Not in any misogynistic way, but I’ve noticed women’s communities are a lot more serious than men’s. Lolita also has a lot more people interested in talking about the fashion than making memes. Cosplayers are a bit more normie than your average poster as well. Plus I can’t think of any reoccurring jokes on this board, except for the same few bad cosplay images or that one dude who makes the panty line threads.

So far the "funposts" I've seen are hamfisted aborted trolling attempts from men who want to get a rise out of actual cosplayers, with such classics as "why are all cosplayers whores", "panties or no panties in cosplay", and of course "post thots"

Lolita is serious business. Also, scrotes are too busy putting their stink everywhere whining about thots and how much they hate women rather. Like shit, i thought men were supposed to be funny.

On a serious note, to serious users of this board, I see this board as somewhere to gather information and resources and have sort of discussion. Humour naturally isn't important in that regard.

If you don't find it fun, maybe this board just isn't for you.

Where is there a lack of interesting topics? I'm here for the lucky pack reveals, the Moitie discussion and the classic thread, lolita general, the shopping threads, keeping an eye on the bst and the dd thread (just in case), participated in the ss this year, sometimes answer a stupid question or two, the wardrobe month is going slow, I'll admit, and when I'm bored I look into one of the other hobbies like the itabag thread or the yumekawaii thread. I sew, too, but it's a busy time of the year and the handmade thread always moves slowly anyhow, making just takes more time than shopping (or shitposting).

The reason crossboarders are told to go away is because they aren't interested in any of these things, why do you even bother coming here? This board has a topic, it's not "girl generic board", of course it's only filled with folks interested in those topics. Go to soc if you just want to hook up and talk to girls, dumbass.
