If you do too much longer distance/endurace running thought you can end up building up thigh muscle. I once had a friend start jogging because she wanted smaller legs and she ended up getting more toned thoghs but also thicker thighs because of the quantity of running. Normal amounts of cardio probably wouldn't cause that though.

Like, just pages of vendetta and all you had to do was ask "what do you think of [innocent topic]" with a Nigri pic and the thread just takes off into drama hashing unrelated to topic. I think there's actually more cosplay content now that the vendetta rule has come in the drama has been booted to lolcow (or 8ch or crystal or wherever now). Probably makes the lolita content more visible as well. In fact I think lolita content has been dwindling lately, we used to have anons keeping on top of posting the latest releases (now it's just a few brands plus AP bashing), multiple inspo threads, and the hair, makeup thread used to be different threads rather than one really slow thread.

I'm a bit late but this is incorrect. Cardio will help you lose weight if you do not eat enough to compensate, which would deplete fat deposits throughout your body (not just your legs). However cardio and weights do both build muscle which would make your legs larger. If you want bigger legs, cardio is a nice start if you don't want to jump straight into weightlifting.
