She's kinda right, there's a gap in that red collar. But it doesn't really look much better with the V-shape being cut off by the jsk, so I don't know why she bothered with a turtleneck that really only emphasises how wide her neck is (in turn emphasising how fat she is). I'd have taken the red collar not working out as sign not to use it.

What really gets me is the entirely shit-tier costume add-ons, though. It's already one thing that she looks like someone dumped a box of dollar store christmas ornaments on her, but to do it to a walolita outfit and then also mash it up with qilolita hair bun covers. Feels like this is the poster child for cultural appropriation -- Mixes up two distinctly different countries, then further shits on it with shitty costume junk. Eugh.
