There are people out there that have long hair like that and have no issue with it at all. Plus someone who wants long hair can want it. Maybe anon can’t grow their hair out? I have hair down to my hips and usually have it braided up and put up when I don’t want it down. The only problem I have ever had with my long hair is it takes forever to air dry and takes a lot of product when I do hair masks. But that’s a small problem to deal with to have long heathy hair.

The one sitting down? I'm going to laugh if those lace gloves turn out to be AP, because that wristcuff ribbon is somehow really pretty from this angle (I know, it's satin, but it's got a nice glow) and AP has always had some shitty pair of lace gloves in some of their random years.

Her dress looks all right to me, at least the ruffles are even and it doesn't look poorly made. What it is is a terrible cut and a very good illustration of how full shirring sack dresses look like shit on skinny girls (well they look like shit on large girls, too).

I think the whole outfit is just mismatched. The shoes and hat say Victorian, but association with that era makes the chiffon look like underwear material instead of a proper dress. The tights go with modern Larme and kind of don't really go with the florals (they don't particularly clash, but they don't really go either). And of course there's 50 shades of pink happening here, even if the blue is mainly consistent.

The one standing up needs a bit more help. Her whole outfit is giving off homemade vibes like whoa. I dig her tights and that dollface flower though.
