Just google it and practice like the rest of it. Not sure how tutorials can be hard, just search something like "basic beginner makeup" and make due with your fingers or cheap brushes included in makeup like we all did when we were 12.

Try sample swatches to find a good foundation for your skin tone. You don't want to go too light or too dark or it'll look weird. I used to get foundation that matched my face, but now I just match my neck so it doesn't awkwardly cut off at my neck.
Experiment with drug store makeup like Elf before getting into expensive brands like Fenty Beauty, Estee Lauder, or Smashbox. All three are great, but in the $30-$50 ranges.
