Ughhhh do we have to do this again? OP clearly has good intentions but the fattychan discourse made the last thread really unpleasant and the only reason it didn't get nitpicked like the cof threads is because people spammed. Why can't you just make inspo threads like "classic inspo" or "Meta inspo" and posted the coords you like there? Specifying a social media platform will just scare people away from posting and bring all the nitpickers and vendetta-chans out of the woodwork

I agree too. I think the inspo threads are better because the pics can be from anywhere as long as they're public and they don't attract attention of those who specifically have an issue with social media that would cause them to post aimlessly in a thread.

Yeah, it really does suck that we can't have nice things. I mean we can try and see what happens. Idk, I think it's sad because we're afraid of posting good content. I know we're trying to protect people, but in a way, that's sort of letting the subpar content overflow this board. Literally the only things people will post these days are japanese street snaps and brand models, because it's 'safe' enough to not be eaten by trolls, and even then, look at how disastrous the Japanese CoF thread got.

What truly sucks is that there doesn't seem to be a good in between spot for those of who don't want to be extremely edgy about concrit while at the same time not kissing someone's ass because you're not allowed to be mean to anyone for any reason.

I know it can come up from time to time because brand runs smaller but I really think at this point there should be a word filter for fat or fatties or you should get a warning every time you try to post about that shit.

In the current inspo threads we have the only one that has some drama is the bodyline thread and this one. Even if inspo threads have arguments, it's more often about lolita than about someone's weight or personality or whatever. They're only dead if you compare them to the feels or CoF thread where dramamongers usually post.

That is a totally different thread which the point of is to either do promos or talk about app functionality.

This is more of an image focused thread usually where the idea is to post lolitas from IG while the other thread is actually mostly cosplayers and many times lolita takes a back seat in those threads.

Calling that the "real" insta thread is like saying these kinds of threads never existed but this has been a debacle for awhile now.
