The print is lovely and the fit is comfortable I however would however not recommend it for anyone much larger than me. It has an inch or two of give past my measurements but would be uncomfortable or warped in shape. Also pass if you are someone with extremely wide hips or butt. That will make ride up. It is not tall lolita friendly at 20inch length. I believe I need bloomers for certain under it but I believe it is great for plus girls.

Skirts are fairly easy; even if you don't have a dress form, with careful measuring you can end up with an even, good-looking skirt. On the other hand, a bodice is really easy to mess up, even on an apron skirt like this one. The straps look like they're hitting the shoulders in two different places, and the triangle panel in the center looks uneven. Is it possible she has it crooked on the dress form? I also wouldn't have used green for the accents. It's a hard color to pull off. And that lace looks cheap. Yeah, it's pretty blech. I personally have made worse; it takes practice and a good eye to get better if you want to do the homemade thing.
