Any US gulls have USPS lose a package sent via airmail from Japan, specifically from ClosetChild? What was the claims process like?

My tracking has been "in transit to regional facility" from LA for almost two weeks. Of course the one time I choose to use airmail (only insurable up to ~$60), they lose my ~$120 package.

Tried to file a claim online and couldn't. I'm on hold with USPS right now, and if that fails, I'll go into my local office tomorrow. Should I email closet child now or wait until after I strangle a postal worker?

pros: construction and material are sturdier, much moreso than most of my taobao pieces. the print is custom drawn and fabric is custom printed

cons: the print is a little fuzzy from close up, the shape of the skirt is neither true cupcake nor true a-line and it's hard to find the right petticoat for it

neutral: the pattern design is *extremely* simplistic, there is no trim and it's a simple half shirred waistband.

They didn't, but I'll let you know when it arrives. I've heard sizes ranging between 84 bust and 64 waist to several centimeters more forgiving, depending on what release it is, and I have no idea with this one. It'll probably fit, but if it runs small it will be a just fit.

It arrived and thankfully the size is pretty roomy. For reference, I'm 171 cm, and my natural waist is about 63 - 64 cm, to fit in some brand skirts (mmm) I have to commit to intermittent fasting regularly, but I'm always around or under 52 kg so not fat for western standards.

Can comfortably fit an OP and a cardigan under it, but it's still thin enough, not cheapish thin, to wear on colder spring days.

Measurements:
Across narrowest part of the waist with buttons of the vest closed: 39 cm
Across shoulders (top of sleeve inset): 40 cm
Sleeves from top to wrist: 64 cm

The best thing is the length of the sleeves. I've had problems with VM cardigans and boleros being too short in the sleeves or too tight in the shoulders (though not their OPs), but the Roland reaches several cms past my wrists, so it would still be okay for someone slightly taller.

So happy with it I'll probably start hunting for a longer, wool one when winter is approaching.

the skirt came! my waist is 63cm so i took a shot with this one and it's fine! it's halfshirred and probably couldn't go much bigger (someone with a 65cm waist would probably want some shapewear) but i'm okay. 57cm is probably without the shirring stretched at all.

the cutsew on the other hand is quite small--i guess i figured it would be stretchy knit like most of my other cutsews but it's a heavy and stiff cotton knit with basically zero stretch. it fits but definitely was not made with my gaijin shoulders in mind

This just arrived in the mail and the back of the skirt is pretty much floor length, which is excellent

I got the fille du jardin in the green colorway a while ago, and it's all cotton and fully shirred, extremely comfy for summer. I thought this Isetan bag tartan was a different colorway, but it's not on lolibrary, only the red one. It's a bad pic with bad lighting, it looks better worn.

Hey, anon, hope you’re still here! The rosaries turned out to be much larger and longer than i expected, they’re pretty bulky and end just under my bust. The beads are actually faceted glass and not some mystery toxic plastic. The black color is solid with no transparency to the glass. The eye pins are very thick and sturdy. Overall really solid quality for the price, my only nitpick is the color of the metal - it’s very light and reflective, definitely doesn’t look like real silver irl.

Not the OP but I have the Etude House Dear Darling Tint in RD302 and it's great. It stays on for ages, and takes some serious scrubbing to get off. I usually have some left on my lips the next morning if I remove it the night before.

I've coorded lavender DDC with sax, mint, pink, ivory, gold, as well as lavender. So they should all be okay. Their lavenders aren't really a good match if there's any in stock right now. It's more of a pink with one drop of blue added. There's a lot of color to play with in the print and each makes another area of the print pop a little more. It's pretty versatile color-wise and fun to coordinate.

The headresses are beautiful and I highly recommend them I'll post some awful android pics.

the pic related is the headdress with the veil. All the bows and the veil is removable, making it very versatile and the middle has some small glitters in it. I feel like it would have been better if it was tied on rather than a headband kind of thing as someone with a lot of hair and a big head. I don't regret it at all. 1/2

Different anon, but those items are from restyle. In my opinion, killstar can be very tacky overall, but sometimes they have cute stuff and it's ok to like it. As long as you get it on sale of course.

Sorry for potato stock pic but I finally have my dream dress on the way. I paid off a lot of debts recently and to celebrate my financial freedom I really spoiled myself. I also reserved Melty Hospital in blackxpurple through Tenshi and ordered a detachable sleeve blouse and 3 new pairs of shoes. This is my only huge splurge for the year but now that I'm debt free I finally have wiggle room in my budget to not only save for my future but invest in lolita. I can finally afford accessories and shoes and blouses and all the things I need to expand my wardrobe, level up my coordinates, and improve as a lolita overall.

Sugar Hearts is one of my favorites in my wardrobe. It's super-comfy, and really cute. The downside is that the matching accessories don't come up often if you're into that or collecting full sets. But the candy heart theme is frequent in AP or elsewhere, so it's easy to find items to match.
