I have the same/similar hair type you do, so that helps tremendously with giving it an overall polished feel, even for casual looks. Other than that, I think it's okay; those are the two main things I noticed needed a bit of work.

I also have the same hair type! When it was long, what I found works best was combing with a wide tooth comb while damp to remove tangles then scrunching in a leave in conditioner and letting it air dry. When I had bangs, I'd use a blow dryer to quickly style them but that's the most I did.

I also agree on tucking in your blouse. It looks a bit off here because of that. The coord is cute and you have good color balance, it's just the weird blouse situation that's throwing it all off here.
