I can't speak for all Asia but Japan surely does infantilize women a lot. Cute culture itself is an example, as well as the abundance of loli characters in anime and manga (I know talking about manga might sound silly, but it's like literature to them, and a big part of their culture). Pornography and prostitution also have elements of this, with women playing the part of schoolgirls or younger sisters. I'm not saying such things are not present in other states as well, but they are way less popular from my point of view.
